How difficult it is to start in the morning, to check the things to do, to reprogram, to remember… Yet it’s not the best time to tell yourself that new opportunities are coming, even though problems are always opportunities to learn and experiment. Face life as when we were children facing something new. We didn’t know or had strategies to manage situations but they were always adventures. Once we become adults, we forget that we actually know nothing, we’ve categorised experiences thinking we have a portfolio of solutions but they are not applicable. Searching for resolutions to improve our lives doesn’t make us live life. We are slaves to our continuous thinking without doing what interests or amuses us, without slowing down. But do you really think that running gives you more opportunities to take? Opportunities are scraps of fabric scattered here and there and to notice and take them, we must be able to observe and observing requires calm and time. It’s not true that a minute is always sixty seconds. You realise that sixty is a lot. Learn to use time to observe not only in front of you but also around. Learn to move slowly in your thinking and acting and try new opportunities even if they scare you because from there, there are others and others still, and so you train synchronicity which is only yours. Sometimes it coincides with others but because you have a common path and a meaning together. By doing so, you nurture happiness and flow towards your goal. Death: the end of your body, the end of your emotions, the end of your opportunities. Opportunities, always keep it in mind, there are no problems or difficulties, none of that, only experiences in daily opportunities. Smile in the morning, you are a treasure hunter adventurer.
